Coconut Pudding 

 

Ingredients  
Coconut- peeled and grated  1 Cup
Condensed Milk  1 Cup
Biscuits  8-10
Butter   3 Tsp
Ice Cream (for serving)      

                            

 Method 
 
Take a bowl and crush all the biscuits in it, add butter to it and keep it aside.
In another bowl, put condensed milk and add grated coconut to it and mix them well.
Take a serving bowl and grease it properly with butter.
Put biscuit mixture in it and press it well.
Put coconut mixture on it and bake the dish for 10-15 minutes at 250º C.
When it turns brown, take out the bowl and serve it hot, with Ice Cream.
