Chinese Salad

 

Ingredients         
 
Onion  ½-cup   cut in 1” pieces
Capsicum  ¼ cup   deseed and cut in 1” pieces
Coli flower  ½ cup parboiled
Broccoli   ½-cup   par boiled
Baby corn  ½-cup  cut in 2” pieces and parboiled
Oil                        2tbsp
 
Seasoning
 
Salt  ¼ tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Soya sauce  1tsp
Vinegar   1tsp
 
Method:
 
Heat a walk. Add oil and all the vegetables.
Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Add the seasoning, stir-fry. Turn off the flame.
