Salads With Vegetable Carving

Ingredients           
 
Potatoes   ½ cup   boiled peeled and diced
Cucumber   ½ cup  diced
Mixed vegetable  1 cup   parboiled (French beans,carrot, peas)
 
Sauce
 
Boil
Tamarind water  ½ cup
Black salt   1/8 tsp
White salt   1/8 tsp
Black pepper    1/8 tsp
Red chili powder 1/8 tsp
Khara masala  1/8 tsp
Sugar  4tsp
 
Until sugar dissolves.
When cool, keep the sauce in the fridge in airtight jar. It will last for long.
 
Peanut ¼ cup roasted crushed
 
Method:
 
Mix potatoes, cucumber and vegetables.
Add sauce according to your taste. Sprinkle peanut before serving.
