Russian salad

 
Ingredients        
 
Paneer   ½-cup cut  (in pea size)
Carrot   ½ cup cut    Pea size and par boiled
Peas  ½ cup   par boiled
Pine apple  ½ cup   Cut in small pieces
Maida ½ tsp
Milk    ½ cup
Pepper   1/8 tsp
Salt   1/6tsp
Lemon juice   ¼ tsp
 
Method:
 
In frying pan put butter Maida, stir-fry until white bubbles.
Add milk stirring all the time until it boils. Turn off the flame.
Add salt pepper & sugar.
Mix paneer, carrot, peas and pine apple
Leave it to cool.
At room temperature, add lemon juice.
Pour the mixture in serving dish and decorate it with tomato rose.
Keep it in fridge until you serve.
