Swiss Circles

 

Ingredients           Amount              Status

Fresh bread              6 slices

Butter soft                1 tbsp

For Filling:

MIX

Paneer grated           100 Gms             

Capsicum                 4 tsp heaped      finely chopped

Orange/yellow color   Few Drops

(You can use grated carrot instead of color)                                    

Green chili

ginger paste              ½ tsp                   

Salt to taste               1/6 tsp

Garam masala      a pinch (or garlic herb seasoning)

Red chili powder        1/8 tsp

Tomato ketchup        3-6 tsp

 

Method:

 

Remove sides of the bread & press with a rolling pin all over.

Spread filling & rollup.

Keep the rolls tightly rolled up in a damp cloth or alluminium foil for 15 minutes in the fridge .You can keep them rolled for longer period.

Unfold  the foil, butter them.

Cut into 3 pieces.

Place them in a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 250 for 7 min or until light golden color.

Turn them up side down and again bake until light golden color.

Serve HOT
