Paneer Tikka
Ingredients Amount Status MERINATION Paneer 100 Gms cut in 1” square Curd 1 tbsp thick curd (Greek curd) Green chili ginger paste ½ tsp Green coriander paste 1 tsp or ¼ tsp orange color Salt 1/8 tsp Red chili powder 1/8 tsp Khara masala a pinch Mix all the ingredients and leave for minimum 15 minutes. Onion 1 small Cut in quarters Tomato 1 small Cut in quarters & remove pith Capsicum 1 small Cut in quarters & remove pith Butter 1 tsp
For Garnishing:- Reddish ginger Julian 1 tsp Green chutney/chat masala 1 tsp each Onion 1 small Cut in rings
Method: Heat a non-stick pan, add 1 tsp butter & cook the marinated paneer cubes, capsicum and onion. Stir occasionally. Cover and leave for 5 minutes to cook on low flame. Just before done, add tomatoes. |
