Vegetable Eggs in Potato nest

Ingredients  
         
Katories   6 small  (muffin tray)
Butter    1 tsp
Butter the muffin tray
Butter   1tsp heaped
Green onion     2tsp heaped  finely chopped
Coriander leaves   1 tsp    finely chopped
Fresh bread crumbs  6 tsp heaped
Cheese    4 tsp      Grated
Sauté onion in butter & turn off the gas.
Add cheese, bread crumbs, coriander, salt & pepper. Mix well & spread them in each katorie.
Butter    ½ tsp
Paneer      50 gms Paneer
Cream    2 tsp
Salt   a pinch
Yellow color   ½ tsp       
                      
Mash paneer, cream, butter & a pinch of salt.
Make 6 balls of paneer & flatten it.
Put the yellow color dot in the middle to give it the look of an egg.
Place these veg egg in each katori.
Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180◦ for 10-15 minutes.
Mashed potato     100 Gms.
Butter melted      1tsp  
Milk        2-4tsp
Salt& pepper     1/8 tsp each  
       
Mix all to a fine paste
Tomato sauce     6 tsp

Spread tomato sauce in the serving dish & place the baked eggs.

Decorate it with creamed potatoes & green coriander leaves.
