Coconut Chutney Ingredients Amount Status Fresh coconut grated 1 cup Green chili 1 according to taste Roasted Chana Powder 1 tsp heaped Curd ½--1 cup to taste Salt ½ tsp Mustard Seeds 1/4 tsp Oil 1 tsp Curry leaves few
Method: Grind coconut, green chili & roasted chana. Add curd, salt. Heat oil in a pan & add mustard seeds. When it crackles, turn off the gas add curry leaves& add to the paste.
Take two tsp chana dal stir-fry in a heavy bottom pan cool &grind it, use it instead of roasted chana. |
