Ingredients                Amount                    Status

Tomato                        1medium                Cut in pieces

Water                          1+2 cup

Pressure cook tomato in 1-cup water until two whistles.

When cool add 2 cups of water blend & strain it.

 

Ghee                            1 tsp

Heeng                          a pinch

Curry leaves                  few

Coriander powder          ¼ tsp

Chili powder                 ¼ tsp

Tamarind Water            1 tbsp

Lemon juice                  1 tsp

Jeera powder                ¼ tsp

Salt                             ½ tsp

 

Method:

Heat a pan & add ghee, heeng, curry leaves coriander powder, chili powder.

Add tomato water, lemon juice, tamarind water, and salt & jeera powder.

Boil .

Turn off the flame.

Serve hot.
