Spring Rolls

 
Ingredients 
              
Spring Roll Wrapers :-
 
Maida    ½ cup
Corn floor   2 tsp
Salt   a pinch
Soda bi car   a pinch
Oil   1-1tsp
 
Mix all and make hard dough, need until smooth.
Oil it and keep aside covered for 15 minutes.
 
Filling:-
 
Oil    2 tsp
(Onion   ¼ cup
Capsicum  ¼ cup
Cabbage  ¼ cup
Carrot  ¼ cup)   all shredded
Noodles   few boiled
Salt    1/8 tsp
Pepper  1/8 tsp
Sugar  1/4tsp
Soya sauce  ¼ tsp
 
Method:
Heat oil, saute onion capsicum add cabbage, carrot and noodles.
Mix well. Stir-fry a minute.
Add salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar & Soya sauce.
Stir-fry. Turn off the flame.
Take maida dough divide it in 3 parts. Make balls and roll them.
Divide the filling into 3 parts.
Put one part and roll it tightly seal the edges with maida paste.
Deep fry still white.
Before serving, deep-fry them again until light golden color.
Cut in 3 pieces & SERVE HOT.
