Sweet and Sour Vegetable Ingredients
Tomato Stalk
Tomatoes 1 chopped Onion 1/2 chopped Ginger 1/2” piece chopped Water ¾ cup
Pressure cook all for two whistles. Cool, blend & sieve. Parboil Vegetables
Carrot ¼-cup cut in 1 ½” long piece French beans ½- cup cut in 1 ½” long pieces Cauliflower few small pieces Water ½ cup Salt 1/8 tsp Pressure cook all for one whistle and immediately put the pressure cooker under running tap water until the pressure eases.Open the cover and strain the vegetables. Keep aside. Oil 1tbs Onion ½-cup cut in 1”square piece Capsicum ½-cup cut in 1” square piece
(Tomato ketchup ¼ cup Soya sauce 1 tsp Vinegar 2tsp Salt ¼ tsp Black pepper 1/8 tsp Sugar 1tsp Green chili ginger paste ½ tsp) mix all
MIX
Water 1cup Corn floor 1tsp heaped
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, saute onion, capsicum. Add all the parboil vegetables, tomato ketchup mixture and tomato stalk. Boil. Add corn floor mixture stirring all the time until it boils. Turn off the flame. Serve hot.
