Fried Rice Ingredients Rice 1 cup,wash & soak them in 2-cup water. Salt ¼ tsp Oil 2tsp +1 tbsp Pressure cook rice in the soaked water with salt & oil for one whistle. Keep a side when cool mix 1tbs oil. Vegetables:- Oil 1tbsp Onion 1cup chopped Carrot ½-cup fine chopped Cabbage 1-cup fine chopped French beans ½ cup fine chopped Salt ¼ tsp Black pepper ¼ tsp Soya sauce 1-2 tsp GARNISHING:- Almonds 8 pieces blanched & fried Pineapple ¼ cup chopped Method: Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion. Add all the chopped vegetables, salt &black pepper. Stir-fry. Add Soya sauce &mix well. Add rice and toss it with both the hands until it mixes well. Turn off the flame. Garnish with pineapple and fried almonds. SERVE HOT.
