Wontons Ingredients Wonton Wrapers Maida ½ cup Corn floor 2 tsp Salt a pinch Soda bi car a pinch Oil 1-1tsp Mix all and make hard dough, need until smooth. Oil it and keep aside covered for 15 minutes. Filling:- Oil 2 tsp Carrot ¼-cup fine chopped Cabbage ¼-cup fine chopped Salt 1/8 tsp Pepper 1/8 tsp Sugar a pinch Soya sauce few drops Heat oil saute carrot and cabbage. Add salt pepper sugar and Soya sauce. Mix well turn off the flame. Method: Take maida dough divide it in 3 parts. Make balls and roll them. Divide the filling into 8 parts. Roll them like chapattis. Cut into 4” piece. Put ¼ tsp filling in the center. Lift one corner of the chapatti and join the opposite corner to make a triangle. Pressing from the center, seal the sides with maida paste. Take the pointed corners in both hands and join them with maida paste. Deep-fry.
