Shredded Potatoes Ingredients Potato 1-cup ,cut thin like finger chipsOil for frying Deep- fry them. Oil 2tspCarrot ¼ cup , shreddedCapsicum ¼ cup ,shreddedCabbage ¼ cup ,shreddedMix:- Salt ¼ tspPepper ¼ tspSoya sauce ½ tspVinegar ½ tspTomato ketchup 1/8 cupMethod: Heat oil saute onions add capsicum, cabbage & carrot.Stir-fry a minute. Add tomato ketchup mix.Mix fried potatoes. Toss well.SERVE HOT
