Vegetable Manchurian Ingredients Manchurian balls:- Carrot 1cup gratedCabbage 1cup gratedCauliflower 1cup gratedSalt 1/8 tsp Mix all and keep aside for 15 minutes. Salt 1/8 tspBlack pepper a pinchCorn floor 1tsp semi heapedMaida 1tsp semi heapedMaida 1tsp heaped for rolling the balls Oil for frying Squeeze out all the water from the vegetables, and keep the water aside.*Mix salt, black pepper corn floor and Maida.Mix well and make 8 balls roll them in Maida and deep fry. Gravy:- Oil 1tbsOnion 1 cup chopped MIX:- (Tomato ketchup ¼ cupSalt ¼ tspBlack pepper ¼ tspSoya sauce 1tspVinegar 1tsp)Corn floor 2tsp mix in ½ cup off waterWater 2cup + vegetable water.* Method: Saute onion in oil add tomato ketchup mixture and bring it to boil.Add water and bring it to boil.Add corn floor mixture stirring all the time until it boils.Turn off the flame.Before serving, boil the gravy with the Manchurian balls.SERVE IMMEDIATELY.
