Chili Paneer Ingredients Paneer 125 Gms cut in 1”cubes(Maida 1tsp heapedCorn floor 1tsp heapedSalt a pinchPepper a pinchOil for fryingWater mix all and make a thick batter) Heat oil in a pan dip paneer piece in Maida batter and deep- fry all. Oil 1tbsOnion 1-cup cut in 1”squareCapsicum 1-cup cut in 1”squareGreen chili ginger paste ½ tsp (Tomato ketchup ¼ cupSoya sauce 2tspVinegar 1tspSalt ¼ tspPepper ¼ tsp) mix Method: Heat oil & sauté onion & capsicum in it. Then add green chili-ginger paste & add tomato.Mix well. Add fried paneer pieces & mix well.Serve hot.
