Chow MeinIngredients Noodles 2 cups boiled and mix1tbs oil, keep aside. Oil 2 tbs (Onion 1 cup Capsicum ½ cup Carrot ½ cup Cabbage 1cup) all shredded (long thin pieces) Salt ½ tsp Pepper ¼ tsp Vinegar 1tsp Chili sauce 1tsp Soya sauce 1-2 tsp Method: Heat oil in a wok. Saute onion, capsicum, add cabbage & carrot and Stir-fry. Add salt, pepper, chili sauce, vinegar & Soya sauce. Mix well and add noodles. Mix with both the hands. Stir-fry for a minute. SERVE HOT |
