Hot Chocolate Fudge
Ingredients Amount Status Milk Base Milk ½-cup full cream milk Sugar 3 tsp heaped Milk ½, ½ cup Milk powder 3 tsp heaped Stabilizer ¼ tsp level Liquid glucose 1tsp heaped - Mix milk powder &stabilizer in ½-cup milk.
- Boil ½-cup milk with sugar.
- Strain the milk &stabilizer mixture in the boiling milk.
- Add the remaining ½-cup milk .Boil the milk.
- Add the liquid glucose and again boil the milk until the glucose dissolve.
- Cool Pour the mixture in a box cover & freeze for 1hour.
Cream 125 Gms Icing sugar 2tsp heaped Essence vanilla 1 tsp - Mix all and beat on a ice tub till light.
- Take out the frozen MILK BASE beat and mix in the cream.
- Beat again on the ice tub for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in a tin cover and freeze.
Chocolate Sauce Milk 1/4 cup Sugar 2tsp heaped Butter 1tsp Chocolate grated ¼ cup - Boil milk, sugar &butter,turn off the flame.
- Add chocolate, mix well.
FEW ROASTED PEA NUTS –KAJU TUKRI . Put one Scoop in a ice cream cup pour 1 spoon chocolate sauce sprinkle few nuts and serve.
