Choconut Ingredients Amount Status Milk Base Milk ½ cup full cream milk Sugar 3 tsp heaped Milk ½ , ½ cup Milk powder 3 tsp heaped Stabilizer ¼ tsp level Coco powder 1tsp heaped Liquid glucose 1tsp heaped - Mix milk powder coco powder & stabilizer in ½ cup milk .
- Boil ½ cup milk with sugar .
- Strain the milk & stabilizer mixture in the boiling milk.
- Add the remaining ½ cup milk .Boil the milk .
- Add the liquid glucose and again boil the milk till the glucose dissolve.
- Cool Pour the mixture in a box cover & freeze for 1hour.
Cream 125 gms Icing sugar 2tsp heaped Essence chocolate 1 tsp - Mix all and beat on a ice tub till light.
- Take out the frozen MILK BASE beat and mix in the cream.
- Beat again on the ice tub for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in a tin cover and freeze.
Roasted pea nuts 2tsp Chocolate sauce ¼-1/2 cup When the ice cream is set sprinkle nuts layer with chocolate sauce . Again let it set for ½ an hour.
