Pooran PoliIngredients Maida ¾ cup Atta ¼ cup Water ½ cup Make soft dough. Need with one tsp oil. Cover &leave it. FILLING Tuar dal one-cup wash &soak in 2-cup water for one hour.Pressure-cook one whistle. Sugar one cup Dry fruits 8 almonds&16 pistachios both blanched & crushed. Green cardamom 2 crushed Ghee 4 tsp heaped METHOD:- Heat pan add ghee, tuar dal & sugar. Fry until it leaves the corner. Add dry fruits & crushed cardamom. Take dough & make 6 balls. Divide the filling in 6 parts. Roll one ball3” and put the filling in the center and cover. Roll it just 4” and fry on medium hot griddle until light brown. Serve hot. |
