Khakhra

 
Ingredients          
 
Atta     ¾ cup
Baisan  ¼ cup
Oil  3tsp
Salt  1/4 tsp -taste
Red chili powder 1/8 tsp-taste
Jeera  1/4tsp
Kasuri methi  1 ½ tsp-taste
Water  less than ½ cup
 
METHOD:-
 
Make very hard dough &need with oily hands let it rest for minimum 15 minutes.
Heat the griddle nit too hot.
Make 10-12 balls.
Take one ball &roll as thin as you can with the help of oil.
Fry on griddle on both sides with ½ tsp oil. Press it with the back of a jhar until it is golden from both the sides.
Cool and store in an airtight jar.
