Dry Mango or Imli Chutney

 
Ingredients         
 
Seed less imli  50gms
Or
(Dry mango powder 50 gms)
Sugar  ¼ cup
Black rock salt ¼ tsp
White salt  ¼ tsp
Black pepper  ¼ tsp
Red chili powder 1/8 tsp
Roasted jeera  ¼ tsp
Khara masala  ¼ tsp
 
METHOD
 
Boil imli in 1-cup water. Leave it for one hour.
Grind and sieve it.
(For mango powder, mix it with 1-cup water.)
Boil with all the ingredients.
Adjust salt pepper and sugar to your taste.
Cool and keep it in refrigerator in an airtight jar.
