Potato BasketPOTATO BASKET 2 no. Ingredients Potatoes 1medium size Corn flour ½ tsp Steel strainer 2 Oil for frying METHOD Grate potatoes. Heat oil. Mix corn flour in the grated potatoes. Dip the steel strainer in the oil and take out. Spread the mixture to the sides of the strainer. Deep fry. Pour the hot oil on the side of the strainer with a ladle until light brown. Take out and fry up side down until golden brown. The mixture will turn red or brown. Make one more potato basket. FILLING FOR 2 BASKETS Ingredients Moong sprout 1cup boiled Yogurt 2cups to taste Salt 1tsp Red chili powder ½ tsp Roasted jeera 1 tsp Imli chutney ½ cup Green coriander 2 tsp Chopped Arrange the potato basket in a deep dish. Fill basket with moon sprout. Pour 1cup yogurt. Sprinkle1/2 tsp salt, ¼ tsp red chili powder and ½ tsp roasted jeera. Pour imli chutney. Garnish with chopped green coriander. |
