Vegetables Kababs
Ingredients
Cabbage& carrot ½ cup each Grated Ghiya – pumpkin (petha) ½ cup Sprinkle ½ tsp salt on the grated vegetables & leave for 20 minutes. Squeeze out water. Onions 2 Grated Potato 1 cup Boiled & grated Salt ½ tsp to taste Red chili powder ¼ tsp Gram flour (Besan) 2 tsp Green coriander 2 tsp Chopped Green chili 1tsp Chopped Jeera ½ tsp Kuta masala ¼ tsp
Method:
Mix all ingredients with vegetables & shape to round balls. Deep-fry the balls in not so hot oil until golden. Place the balls in a serving dish, press them flat. Sprinkle chat masala. SERVE HOT |
