Rajdhani Rolls
Ingredients
Noodles ½ cup Boiled Crushed corn ½ cup boiled &crushed Potato ½ cup Boiled & mashed Salt ¼ tsp-to taste Pepper to taste ¼ tsp- to taste Green chili ginger ½ tsp-to taste paste Corn flour 1-2tsp
Mix all and make smooth dough.
Vermicelli crushed in mixer ½ cup
Method:
Make rolls & roll in crushed vermicelli. Deep fry until light brown. Take out on brown paper. SERVE HOT
