Veg cutlets/ Burgers

 

Ingredients

Cut 1 tomato, 1 onion & 1 cucumber in round.

Cut I cup cabbage Jullian. Mix 1 tsp curd, 1/2 tsp malai, a pinch salt & black pepper & a pinch mustard powder.

Cutlets

Potatoes     1 cup      Boiled & mashed

Boiled vegetables   1 cup

Bread     2-3

(Dip bread in water & squeeze)

Green chili   ½ tsp   Chopped

Ginger     ½ tsp   Chopped

Green coriander   1 tsp    Chopped

Salt to taste

Red chili powder                               

 

Method:

Mix all the ingredients. Make three balls & press them to shape.

Deep fry them.

 

Take 3 Burgers buns.

Cut them into halves.

Spread butter on the cut side.

Heat pan & cook the buns..

 

To Serve:

Place the bun base in the plate.

Spread cabbage mixture, onion, cutlet, tomato, cucumber, & cheese slice. Lastly, put the other half of the bun.

Pierce a tooth pick.

Wrap in a tissue & serve with potato wafer &tomato ketchup.
