Potato Noodle Nibbles
Ingredients Potato 250 gms Boiled & mashed Processed cheese 1 cube grated Besan 50 gms (1/2 cup) Garam masala ¼ tsp Chili powder ½ tsp Dhania powder ½ tsp Black pepper ¼ tsp Haldi ¼ tsp Ginger green chili paste 1 tsp Salt ½ tsp Mix all. Oil for frying
Method: Fill in the plastic bag with the potato mixture. Pipe short lengths of dough into the hot oil in manageable batches. They will rise to the surface & turn golden. Drain on paper. And serve hot.
