Khandvi

Ingredients

Besan  ½ cup (fry basen for 1 minute on medium Flame. Turn off the flame let it cool)

Salt  ½ tsp

Lassi    1 ½ cup  (1/2 cup curd+1 cup water)

Mix all & make better of pouring consistency.

Plastic sheet    1                                             

Carrot    1 tbsp    Grated

Coconut  1 tbsp    Grated

 

Garnishing:-

Oil    1tsp

Sarson     ½ tsp

Curry leaves    few

 

Method:

Now fry the mixture on medium flame stirring all the time, until it leaves the sides of the pan.

Now spread this mixture on a plastic sheet.

(Try to put a thin layer)

Now cut in long strips.

Sprinkle grated carrot, coconut.

Now roll the long strips.

Lay them in a dish.

Heat oil in a pan, add sarson.

When it crackles turn off the flame, add curry leaves.

Pour over the rolls serve with green chutney.
