Honey crispy potatoesIngredients Potatoes 2 peel and cut in long fingers. Maida Covering:- (Corn flour 2tsp Maida 2tsp Salt 1/8 tsp Black pepper 1/8tsp Water to make a thick paste) Oil for frying Heat oil in a karahi. Dip potato fingers in maida paste and deep fry until light golden color. Oil 2tbsp Onion ½ cup cut like potatoes Tomato purée ½ cup Salt ½ tsp Red chili powder ¼ tsp-to taste Honey 2tsp
Method: Heat oil in a pan. Sauté onion. Add tomato puree salt red chili powder. Mix well. Add honey, mix and add potatoes. Stir-fry a minute. SERVE HOT
