Vegetable Sizzler

Ingredients 

For Cutlets:-

Paneer    ¼ cup  grated

Carrot    ¼ cup  grated

Cabbage  ¼ cup  grated

Peas  ¼ cup   boiled

Potato   1/2 cup  boiled and mashed

Salt and pepper  ¼ tsp each

Red chili powder 1/8 tsp

Chat masala  1 tsp

Ginger green chili paste    ¼ tsp

Fresh Bread crumbs    ½ cup

Mix  all and make 4 cutlets.

Deep fry them.

Noodles

(Butter   1tsp heaped

Tomato puree    1/4 cup

Tomato ketchup   ¼ cup

Water   ¼ cup

Salt & pepper  ¼ tsp each

Soya sauce     ½ tsp

Vinegar   ½ tsp

Paneer    ¼ cup

Boiled noodles   1 cup.

Par Boiled vegetables 1 cup.)

 

Method:

Heat a pan & add all and boil. Turn off the flame.

 

For Serving:-

Heat the plate cover with cabbage leaves

Put two cutlets then noodles.

Serve immediately.
