Paneer Sizzler

 

Ingredients  

Paneer 100Gms   cut into big pieces

Corn floor    1tsp heaped

Green chili, ginger paste  ¼ tsp

Salt, pepper, red chili powder& chat masala all 1/8 tsp each

Mix all and sprinkle on paneer pieces.

Shallow fry & keep aside.

 

Vegetables:-

Carrot  ¼ cup    cut in 1”long and par boiled

French beans ¼ cup   cut in 1” long and par boiled

Baby corn     ¼ cup   par boiled

Broccoli    ¼ cup   par boiled

(Onion      ¼ cup

Capsicum deseeded    ¼ cup

Tomato deseeded      ¼ cup

Cabbage)   ¼ cup   all cut in 1” square piece

Salt

Pepper

Tomato ketchup  ¼ cup

Worcester shire sauce  1tsp

Capsico  ½ tsp

 

Method:

Heat oil in a pan add onion capsicum, saute.

Add all the vegetables mix.

Add salt pepper tomato ketchup, Worcester shire sauce and capsico.

Mix well cook for a minute and turn off the flame.

One cup jeera rice.
