Stay Stick Sizzler

 

Ingredients 

Paneer    100 gms  cut in 4 pieces

Capsicum deseeded    8 pieces    the size of paneer

Onion   8 pieces    the size of paneer

Tomato deseeded  8 pieces   the size of paneer

Salt, pepper, chat masala     ¼ tsp each

Ginger green chili paste  ¼ tsp

Mix all.

Arrange capsicum onion tomato and paneer then repeat tomato onion, capsicum on 4 stay sticks.

For Coating Batter:-

Maida    2 tsp

Corn floor   2 tsp

Soya sauce ¼ tsp

Salt & pepper  1/8 tsp

Water                         

Mix all and make a thick batter.

Dip stay sticks in the better and deep-fry them.

Yellow rice one cup.

 

For Serving:-                        

On red hot sizzler tray arrange rice, stay sticks and then pour hot sizzler sauce.
