Khoya Matar Makhana

  
Ingredients
 
Ghee  2 tsp heaped
Jeera  ¼ tsp
Kaju ¼ cup
Onion   1/ cup chopped
Khuskhus 1tsp soak in water & make paste
Tomato   1cup puree (3 big tomatoes )
Dhania     1 tsp level
Red chili powder  ½ tsp level
Garam masala    ¼ tsp level
Salt  1tsp level
Khoya   125 gms
Kishmish    few to taste
Peas     1 cup shelled
Makhana   1cup
Watar 1 cup
 
For  garnishing
 
Khara masala       1/8 tsp
Green coriander chopped  1tsp
 
METHOD
 
Heat ghee in pressure cooker add jeera. When it is brown add onion and saute it.
Add kaju fry for a minute.
Add dhania. Red chili powder garam masala and salt.
Add khus khus paste and fry for few seconds.
Add tomato puree. Stir-fry.
Add Kishmish peas and makhani.mix well.
Add water.
Cover and cook for 2 whistles.
Turn off the flame and let it rest until the pressure eases.
 
Sprinkle  Khara masala & Garnish with green coriander.
