Methi Malai PaneerIngredients Ghee 1tsp heaped Onion ½ cup chopped Kasoori methi 1tsp powder, if fresh then chopped Kaju powder 1tsp soak in 4tsp water and make paste Paneer 125 gms chopped Peas ½ cup boiled Chat masala 1tsp level Black pepper 1/8 tsp Salt 1/8 tsp Khara masala ¼ tsp (Milk 1 ½ cup Cream ¼ cup Corn flour 1tsp) mix all GARNISHING Green coriander chopped 1tsp Fried kaju few METHOD Heat ghee in a pan saute onion. Add kasoori methi. Mix. Add kaju paste, paneer and peas. Mix well. Add chat masala, black pepper, salt and Khara masla.Mix wwell. Add milk mixture spoon by spoon stirring all the time till it boils. Turn off the flame. Garnish with green coriander and fried kaju. |
