 Malai Kofta

                           
Ingredients
 
Koftas
 
Paneer   75 gms grated
Potato   1 medium boiled and mashed
Bread piece    1 soak in milk and squeeze out extra milk
Salt  2 pinches
Black pepper powder  1 pinch
Corn flour    1tsp  Mix all and make a soft dough.
Kaju  2 pieces cut in 2 to make 8 pieces
Kishmish  8 pieces
Malai   1tsp hard (keep the malai over night in a fridge
 
For coating.
 
Maida    1tsp heaped in a flat bowl.
 
Take the paneer dough and divide it in 8 parts. Greese your palm and take one part.
Flat the paste put one kaju , one kishmish and little bit of malai.
Now cover it and make a ball. Make all the balls, roll them in maida .
Heat oil in a deep pan and fry all the koftas.
 
Gravy
 
Ghee    4 Tsp
Jera  ¼ tsp
Corinder Powder  ½ tsp (level)
Red chilly Powder ½ tsp    level
Salt  1 tsp level
Khara Masala  ¼ tsp level
Ginger green chilly paste  1 tsp
Kaju, khaskhas  1 tsp each & soak in 4 tsp water & make paste
Tomato puree   250 gms
(Milk  ½ cup,  Cream  ¼ cup,  Cornflour ½ tsp) mix all
 
Garnishing:
 
Green coriander chopped  1 tsp and Few kaju fried
 
METHOD:-
 
Heat ghee in a pan add jera,coriander powder, red chilly powder, salt, Khara masala, ginger green chilly paste, kaju paste, khaskhas mix all.
Add tomato puree and boil it.
Add milk mixture spoon by spoon stirring all the time.
When it boils turn off the flame.
Pure gravy in a serving dish and koftas and garnish it with coriander n fried kaju n SERVE immediately.
