½ Cup Maize Flour ½ Cup Maida 1/8 TSP Salt ½ Cup Warm Water Mix all and make a dough. Oil your palms with 1 tsp oil. Nead the dough and cover it with cloth or any utensil. Divide the dough into 6 parts. Make balls from them and roll them just like chapattis of 5”. Heat the tava and cook for 20-25 minutes each side, until just speckled brown. When cold, wrap in cling film if they are not to be used at once. They will keep fresh in the fridge for several days. For Wheat Tortillas take total 1 Cup of Wheat flour instead of ½ cup Maize Flour and ½ cup of Maida. Rest of the procedure is same.
