Burrito

Burrito Shell

Four                 Wheat Tortillas

2 TSP              Butter

 Filling

200 Gms                      Paneer

½ Cup                          Chopped Onion

1 Cup                           Chopped Tomatoes

1 Cup                           Corn- Boiled

1 TSP                          Green Chilli – Chopped

1 TSP                          Butter

½ TSP                         Salt

¼ TSP                         Red Chilli Powder

1 TSP                          Lemon Juice

A Pinch                        Garam Masala

 

Heat a pan, add butter, add onion and stir fry, until just pink. Add the other ingredients. Mix them all, stir fry for approximately 30 seconds. Turn off the flame. Filling is ready.

 Assembling 

Heat the Tava, put 1 Tortilla on it to heat it a bit. Take it out, spread ½ TSP of butter on one side. Put ¼ part of the Filling in the center line of the Tortilla and fold both the sides over lapping in way so that the filling is visible slightly. Burrito is ready.
